our organic range

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Etna's Nocellara, Cerasuola and Moresca are the autocton olive cultivars that we use to make our range of commercial extra virgin olive oils.

We respect the traditional phases of production from the collection by hand of the olives until the cold processing at olive factory within 24/48 hours. Process is made at 20°/22° C at continous cycle, then a process of 2 months of decanting and in conclusion bottling.

Our extra virgin olive oil is bottled in dark green bottles or in ceramic bottles.
